What is Body Inspire Weight Loss Boot Kamp?
It is a program that focuses on RESULTS with weight loss. The biggest reason people quit a program is because they are not getting results despite counting calories and exercising.
How does it work?
Body Inspire focuses on breaking sugar and carbohydrate addiction. By doing this, we give ourselves a nice even blood sugar and help to eliminate cravings and empty calories.
Plus...YOU DON'T HAVE TO COUNT CALORIES!!
Eat all you want of foods that do not contain sugar and have limited carbohydrates and lose weight. It is that simple. You also receive coaching and support during the twelve week program. Toward the end of the program, we will begin working in additional foods to see how your body reacts. Through this process, you will learn your limits and the foods that do not serve you!
Sound easy? It's not! You will be facing sugar cravings in the beginning. It might be challenging for you. But everything worth having is worth working toward, right?
