I, of course, would never require a meditation routine of my clients.  I merely offer guided meditation sessions as another tool in my coaching tool bag to help you get what you want.  Each of my guided meditations can be customized in order to be relevant for your life and your needs.

Guided meditation is also a good way to implement meditation into your schedule.  Sometimes it is easier to try something new if you have a guide to help you and to answer questions.  People who say they "can not meditate" generally have been told by someone that they are doing it wrong or that they should "not think" when they are doing it.  I will help you demystify the meditation process and to implement it into your life in a way that it can be very successful.

Guided meditation creates a pleasing scenario to enjoy your time in meditation.  We can try different postures and methods that interest you as well as props such as cushions, incense, mantras, yantras, candles, music, singing bowls, descriptive guided meditations, chanting, malas etc.

Your meditation practice is your own.  We can customize it to meet your needs.
