I am now done with the first 12 week round, and found it to be very beneficial for me. I am down 23 lbs and have some better tools and habits thanks to Kristine Semantel, and her way of coaching. It would be nice to be able to continue on campus with Kristine in a group session, perhaps once a month. She has a nice way about her, and it’s not so bad to be accountable to the program and to her as a coach when I know she is going through the same things that I am going through.
Her handouts were a great help to me, and she has a way of suggesting good things, but not pushing too hard at the same time.
